Want a healthy and refreshing acai bowl or juice this is the place for you. All orders are made fresh. Large menu of juice, acai bowls, and paninis. Light and airy atmosphere. You can order ahead so that your food is ready and waiting. Always great customer service.

Food is good but prefer the other location… rude staff. 8 months pregnant and couldn’t use the rest room. Also the girl taking the order said “is that it?” after everything I ordered, maybe ask “would you like anything else”, “does that complete your order?” …something less rude…

I was excited to find that The Juice Pod opened in Springfield to add some variety to the plethora of cheesesteak places nearby. The mango smoothie was great and served with a paper straw which was appreciated (it held up to the smoothie till the end).

I also got a takeout Greek salad & fiesta bowl for my husband with brown rice. Everything was delicious, and we can't wait to go back. The 3 items were about $30, but that's around the price point I'd expect for the fresh and healthy food we got with generous portions. The menu is huge, can't wait to try other items! FYI, minimal seating there, but seems like most of their business is takeout or delivery.?

Smoothie bowls are fresh and tasty. Store is clean and brightly decorated. Fruit is on display in a refrigerated case. My only feedback is they should use compostable spoons, utensils and bowls for their food. Otherwise super friendly, and has a very positive vibe. They are opening one in Lionville close where we live.

My friend and I were in the mood for a light lunch, when our Google search for "The Best Smoothie" in the area led us to The Juice Pod Springfield...what a great find! The atmosphere was so bright and spirit lifting, the staff was stellar, our Green Glow and Mango Madness Smoothies were the bomb and just what we were craving. The Avo Cranberry and Elite wrap selections were hearty and delish! I even ordered the Superfood Acai bowl To Go for the next days breakfast. The Jui e Pod Springfield Made Our Day....Thanks?

Yuck!!!....They put Peanut Butter in my Pinkberry bowl that describes the ingredients as Nutella (see photo description). I CANNOT STAND Peanut Butter, so I had to throw the whole thing away, while I was on my way out of town. I order from here frequently but I normally get the Cougar bowl. I had to stop getting the Cougar bowls because the acai has been upsetting my stomach the last few times I've ordered. After the Peanut butter debacle, I reached out to the company directly via their website contact. NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER! On top of that, they automatically add a tip at checkout on their website for literally subpar service (you barely get greeted when you visit them in person). I don't know how service is at the other locations, but I'm over this one.

It was my first time trying The Juice Pod. I checked The reviews, and they had good reviews. I ordered the Mediterranean Green & Grain Bowl. I got a small amount of rice, lots cucumber & black olives... pretty much It was a cucumber & black olive bowl with large cuts of red onions. No feta!!! It was Horrible! Who the hell serves large cut onions in a bowl. Oh yeah, SOMEONE WHO DOESN’T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER I was sooooo disappointed. And it was a waste of 12 dollars & change?

I love their açaí bowls but it’s ridiculously expensive. I ordered 3 bowls today and the total was $45!
