I had a great experience at the clinic today. Dr. Andy Stevens is so kind and easy to talk to, he listens intently and obviously cares about my concerns. Brittany is very helpful and she makes going to the doctor so much less stressful. I really like this clinic, from the nice lady who checked me in to Dr Stevens and Brittany. Kudos to the entire team.

Normally I have a good experience and Dr Butler is awesome. However today I just needed labs and there was only one person at the desk so the line was long like 7 people. I waited in line only to be told to go to the back of the line because those with appointments needed to go first. I then waited for another 7 people. Not sure what was trying to be achieved but the message I got was probably not what you wanted me to get. The minute it would have taken to check me in for labs would not have made a bit of difference.

Had a mystery injury over the weekend. I was given a same day appointment when I called in Monday morning. Both Dr. Stevens and his nurse were very kind and compassionate and thorough in finding the source of my pain. They are a dynamic duo!

Easy to check in, quickly brought in, listened patiently, addressed concerns, gave me needed medication, and let me know I can call to follow up if needed more help. I really liked this location. Pharmacy was quick and helpful too in the building.

I met with Doc Ahmed for the second time. I was just as impressed as I was the first time. He came in having studied my recent lab tests. He remembers from several months ago that I was going to Texas to help my brother build his new home. We talked about all my meds rather he prescribed them or not and how they work together. He was personable and professional and very easy to relate to. He sat and listened and answered my question to their completion.
He’s great to work with and he feel like he takes my health as personable I do.

I love the doctors but I hate that they are nearly impossible to get ahold of. You have to call their main office and get redirected and none of the doctors answer their phones. I get that they are with patients but even when you leave a voicemail I have yet to have them call me back. I’m just trying to have them send a prescription to a different location with no luck. Today I tried to call again in which they told me the doctor is out which is fine I just need to speak to someone who can change the location of my prescription. One of the older ladies who answered the phone for Tanner clinic part way through me explaining what I needed abruptly transferred me to someone else without even trying to help me. So my recommendation would be to fix your system of how your contacts are handled in these situations.

Pretty normal doctor's office. There is check in, a waiting room, a young girl that calls your name, and then you get your weight and BP checked. I didn't hardly have to wait very long for the doctor which is big plus.

Today I waited quite a while. My Dr. Is very nice and easy to talk to. I waited 85 minutes to get to talk to my doctor. We discussed my issue for 2 minutes tops which is quite normal.
