Dr. Spencer was excellent - very patient and thorough. As a physician myself, I felt like my appointment was quite long - and that I was the one rushing to leave because I wanted to respect his time! Would definitely return and highly recommend.

All went well until they told me I needed splints for my feet issue and practically forced them on me and said my insurance covered them. When I got their bill showing they weren’t covered I went to office with the splints still in the bag as I ended up not using them. Found Courtney in the office to be quite unprofessional as well as the office manager Samantha telling me the splints had been used but they were going to give me a complimentary credit while interrupting me when I tried to speak. She said I signed for them so was responsible. However, I signed for them as I was told my insurance covered them! Very unpleasant experience!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Porciello was friendly and took time to give a thorough review and explanation as well as several options for treatment. He didn’t make us feel rushed and gave plenty of opportunity to ask all the questions I needed to ask. I will happily return if I need any further foot care. I would recommend them to my friends and family. Great team!

I cannot give this office and staff enough stars. From making appointment to the appointment was seamless, on time, and professional. everyone was so friendly. Dr. Porciello was so knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything clearly and gave me instructions for getting better which, given I’m a follow drs’ orders girl, have already improved my issue. The medical assistant was fantastic as well. It’s comforting to have a great dr to count on!

Dr Rodriguez did a beautiful correction of my son’s foot and I am so grateful we found her. She has wonderful bedside manners and is easy to contact with questions/concerns.
