I’m in a bit of shock.

I had a prescription filled 2 days ago, had forgotten about it, and was going to pick it up this afternoon. They haven’t even opened yet for the day, and I have a message that the prescription was home-delivered! Sure enough, I walk outside, and it’s sitting there! I don’t know what to say, other than “Thank you?”!

They are very courteous and efficient. They call and let me know when my meds are out for delivery. I live in Westchester and they deliver to me, which is amazing. I am a new patient and this is the second delivery I have had and I couldn't be happier.

Recently switched to this pharmacy and couldn’t be happier! Phones are answered quickly, and the technicians/pharmacists are all very resourceful/knowledgeable. They also deliver to New York City, which has made my medication management ridiculously easy and efficient. Thanks so much to the whole team at POD!

Horrible customer service and horrible company. Provide incorrect information constantly, say they will do one thing and do the complete opposite. You will 10000% run out of your medication even though you contact them at least a week or 2 before you need a refill. Not reliable

Went in for a rapid Covid Test, was in and out with my results in less than 20 mins. Very clean, professional environment. Pharmacist was knowledgeable and kind, & was able to answer all my questions. Will come again. Highly recommend.

Empty prescription box was sent to me. I promptly notified the pharmacy. They seemed annoyed when I tried following up cause they didnt follow up as they advised they would. They then said a new shipment would be sent, tracking said Saturday and it never came. I tried following up today and had the same type of response, tried calling back and I was hung up on. I asked my doctor to send my prescription somewhere else. Everytime I called them they just seemed like they did not want to be bothered.
