We absolutely love using the Planning Pod software. Since transitioning from our previous property management system, it has significantly improved our engagement with both current and potential clients.

Our favorite feature is the pipeline; it provides an easy, at-a-glance view of where our clients are in the booking process, which has been incredibly helpful.

We’re looking forward to additional features in the floor plan section, but for now, we’ve been able to make do with what’s available.

The team at Planning Pod is always willing to assist, as they have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Shout out to Jenny, Blake and Anna, as we appreciate each of you!

I was tasked with finding a solution for a new project my organization was working on. We host small b&b type visits as well as large events as part of a bigger organization. Planning Pod has been our all in one solution; allowing us to collaborate with our internal partners on details of their important events, receive overnight booking requests, communicate with our guests and even bill them. From the moment a guest books, all of the details, correspondence and paperwork lives in one system which keeps us on track and organized. At the very end, we send a satisfaction survey and have gotten wonderful reviews so far. As we have hit snags with the system and found ways that it doesn't work for our unique situation, the support and development team has been with us step by step to help roll out new functionality or devise work-arounds to keep us moving along efficiently. An all around good experience!
