Gave these guys a try because their website said they have my peach pear juice head. I ordered 4 bottles of peach pear on 01/08/23. Didn't get it I til 01/19/23 from some obscure delivery service. Although it showed up. it was the wrong stuff. When I called to ask what happened the guy's phone was in and out. Couldn't understand him. Be careful ordering from them. I asked for a refund and am returning the items. Let's see how long it takes to get the refund, stay tuned.‍♀️

1 star due to the fact that they didn't have my order ready when they sent an email saying it was. They also didn't have the items I ordered so I had to make a compromise and get whatever else they had. Customer service wasn't the best, I had mentioned when someone orders something they expect to get what they order. The man behind the counter simply told me the person picking the order wasn't all there in the head. That didn't really make anything better, in fact it made things seem more unprofessional. So I don't need to spend money here again and wanted to warn others to think twice if they are thinking about going to this shop. You might get the same treatment. Also when I got home I noticed one of the bottles was past the expiration date with a broken seal. I should have checked harder but just wanted to get my stuff and go. That's not right no matter how you put it.

I put in an online order last Thursday for some juice which normally retails in the $30 range which they had for $5. My package shipped within what I would consider a reasonable time for a smaller outfit (Tues/Wed). I received everything in good order Saturday, with a hand written apology for the delay in shipping and an extra tube of juice gratis.

I'll definitely order from them again in the future.

City of Vape has been excellent. When I couldn't get any company online to send e-juice to Michigan because of our ban, they helped me get American Made Solace Bold Tobacco which was allowed by law. Since the ban was released, they helped with an order of Solace Creamy Tobacco my favorite and sent me 3 extra Solace e-juices for free. Great customer service.

I ordered an e-liquid from City of Vape a MONTH ago and it still hasn't arrived and they've ignored my emails. It's been in "pre-shipment" since mid November and at this point, I don't think I'm going to get it. They charged my card immediately, never sent the product and ignore me when I reach out asking where it is. Now I'm going to have to go through my bank to get the money back, this place is clearly not professional. I've had orders from China get to me quicker
