The Lorton staff went the extra mile to make sure my husband was scheduled for a visit as soon as possible because of a concern. He was seen by Dr. Rafii and Dr. Rafii was able to set up an appointment for that very same day at VIV in Woodbridge for an Ultrasound. The care and attention from the entire staff were excellent and we are very grateful. Awesome practice!

I had a wonderful experience at this location. Every staff member I encountered was excellent and paid attention to detail. They are friendly, and caring about what they do. I wanted to highlight the front office staff Mary, and Victoria, they were a pleasure to work with. Lastly, Dr. Raffi is dedicated to his patients. He took his time to explain the details of my prognosis, and calmed my nerves through out the entire process. This office is wonderful, and I recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Wow! Wow! What a great experience to have at a medical office. From the first call with the receptionist while booking my appointment, to my check in once in the office, to being greeted by the medical assistants, to the excellent bedside manner and treatment plan by the doctor, to my check out process, my whole experience was 6 out of 5 stars. Dynamic Foot and Ankle Center is the standard for how medical offices should be conducted. I felt like a family member. I have had heel pain for some time that had not been managed by 2 other doctors. I am already feeling improvement in my pain thanks to my treatment plan prescribed. I would gladly recommend this office to friends and family.

I had been dealing with RUDE front desk personnel from other facilities the whole day to try and get my mom scheduled for an appt until I called dynamic foot and ankle center and when I tell you the front desk lady Victoria took great care of me and it was refreshing to see customer service is still alive.
She was so sweet and showed concerned and action to get my mom in for an appt. Thanks Victoria!

I went here for a foot/ankle injury. It was a great experience from top to bottom at the Lorton virginia location. I'm sure the other location is just as great. But the receptionists, staff and doctor's that serviced me were exceptional. Doctor Flaco was very informative, understanding , compassionate and comfortable to discuss my ailment. I'm so happy to have found them. Hopefully I won't need them again fingers crossed. But if I do this is the place to go!

Office was easily accessed. Time waiting was short and efficiently used in my completing a new patient info form and sending my list of current meds to an office email address. Admin staff was very pleasant and professional. Med tech was an efficient and thorough interviewer while gathering info for the doctor. Doctor Rafii was very pleasant and thorough. He not only fixing my current foot problem. He planned ahead for a follow up, an annual checkup, and specific testing for new patients with a preexisting condition. I had those appointments locked in before I left. All around a great experience and a great first impression for me as a new patient. Based on this impression, I recommend this practice without reservation.

Everyone on staff I came in contact with at DFAC was exceptional (from the front desk, assistants, doctors). Dr. Falco was great, he explained everything for me to understand and I was happy to have the needed procedure done the same day. Highly recommend.
