I would not recommend this place. I saw Dr. Suh every three-four weeks between December ‘23 - June ‘24 because I developed a stress fracture in my 4th metatarsal and the another fracture in my 3rd metatarsal three months later. He did absolutely nothing to help me. When he walks into the room he does not even greet you with a simple “hello”. He just starts talking like he’s annoyed and trying to get through this asap. In May my x ray still clearly showed both fractures and he said “since it’s been 6 months, if the metatarsals are not showing significant signs of healing in three weeks, we need to talk surgery”. Three weeks later my x ray showed zero signs of improvement, but his response was “wear the boot for another week and then go back to work as usual without the boot”. I couldn’t believe it. I do 10 hour shifts on my feet.

I immediately called another local podiatrist and he had me in surgery within two weeks. He installed two plates and 8 screws as well as performed a bone graph to promote bone growth. Both fractures were non union and surgery was the only option to fix them. Dr. Suh had me wear a boot for over 6 months while doing 10 hr shifts and it completely destroyed my body. My hip was out of the socket, my ribs were displaced and I had back spasms regularly on my right side (the side with the boot) all because of the boot. This entire ordeal should have been fixed within 6-8 weeks, it has now been over 9 months.

I hate writing this review, but the lack of care I received from Dr. Suh is unfortunate and it affected my life in a bad way. My foot was in worse shape after seeing him regularly for 6 months than it was when I first saw him.

I’m extremely thankful for Dr. Boyd and Dr. Benac at Neahaus Foot and Ankle for a job well done on fixing my foot. Although the 6 week recovery was hard, the surgery was a success. I only wish I would have called them first.

P.S. The $400 I spent on custom inserts was a complete waste of money.

Dr.Suh has tolerated me very well over the last month plus in dealing with my plantar fasciitis. I wanted desperately to avoid a steroid shot in my foot. Him and his staff helped me with every other option first.I got the shot today, although I didn't love it. I had made it out to be far worse in my mind. He's a great doctor that actually listens and his staff is phenomenal. Can't recommend this podiatrist enough.
