Dr. Jordan Myers is incredible. Customer service is always 100/100 he is so kind and really does want you to feel better. I have had him for many different issues related to my feet and every time he has been able to help and remedy some situations and always with a smile on his face. Highly recommended

I had a great experience from the time I into the door got my x-rays seen the doctor received my injection. Wonderful absolutely wonderful. Didn’t even feel it a pinch when it was getting done bravo, not doctors can do a good injection without pain.

1st-time patient. Had an ingrown toenail. Very painful. They set me up with Dr. Douglas Smith. He examined me and said he could remove it that day. Very easy to talk to and with. Felt comfortable asking him questions before and after the removal. Explained everything he would do to remove it before proceeding. Deadened the toe and cut out the ingrown part. I could tell that it took some force to cut through the toenail, but he did it expertly, very fluid with his motions, like he had done it a million times. Dressed the wound like a pro and told me what to do and what to expect during the healing process. Follow-up visit, everything looked great. Again, told me what to expect when the toenail started growing back. An excellent doctor and I thanked him for getting rid of my pain. Don't think I've ever done that before. Staff- great. You get greeted as you walk in by one of the ladies at check-in even when they are busy waiting on someone else. Waiting room- large with no loud TV blaring, wonderful to me. I definitely recommend them.

Dr. Woeffler and his staff were amazing. I came in with heel pain. Dr. Woeffler gave me an explanation for my diagnosis and offered a few options for treatment, along with what he thought was the best option for me. I am confident that I am on a good path to feeling better.

Patricia is very supportive, demonstrated how to use equipment ordered by provider. Take your chance and a drive to Raleigh.

I am giving 3 stars because the salon is great. However, it is a bit confusing as to what services are provided by what Dr. I made an appointment for callous and nail trim as well as fungal foot eval. The appointment was with Dr. Myers, much to my surprise I was informed after arriving for and sitting through my appointment that Dr. Myers did not provide that service. I traveled 50 miles round-trip for this appointment. It was specifically made with the thought that the care I needed for my feet would be provided. I got a lot of apologies but left very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service that was rendered.

This medical center with its focus on foot and ankle care is first class. Dr . Woeffler and his team deliver care in a professional and comprehensive manner. Dr Woeffler has been proactive and has not afraid to think outside the box in his approach to my care always weighing patient risk and benefit. A rare combination in our healthcare system.
