I appreciate Dr. Co’s expertise and skill, as well as his thorough explanation of the process and what to expect. He took great care to ensure that I experienced next to no discomfort during the laser treatment. My condition of my toenails appeared better after one visit, and I’m confident that the second and third treatments will finish the job.

Finally saw Dr Co for callus and corn problems... why did I wait so long? If, like me, you are hesitating because of the cost for a first time visit, remember that the sooner you go the sooner you receive the benefit. My feet feel so much better now.

I have been suffering ingrown toes for years. Dr. Co is very efficient and has great patient care! The whole visit with the procedure took less than an hour.
The two front desk ladies were really friendly and helpful

Dr. Co provided exceptional care for my sprained ankle. He listened to my concerns, answered all my questions with care, and devised a thorough treatment plan. I highly recommend Dr. Co for anyone in need of podiatric care.

Dr Co is a knowledgeable provider. He said my calves are tight and I needed to stretch them as my main treatment recommendation. I have been stretching for a couple weeks now but my symptoms have not been relieved. Also he only saw me for about 10 minutes. Honestly, I felt a bit rushed especially since I’ve been dealing with this issue for over a year.

Dr Co also recommended customized orthotics. My main issue (and reason for this review) is with the operation of the front desk. The two ladies in the front desk have explicitly told me that my insurance will not be accepted for the orthotics even though Dr Co does indeed accept my insurance. One of their names is Priscilla. I asked them what do patients with my insurance do when they need to get orthotics? Their reply was simply “They either pay out-of-pocket, or don’t get the orthotics”. That response did not make sense to me because my insurance covers orthotics 100% and the orthotics would cost almost $800 out-of-pocket.

The front desk also required that I had to call my insurance myself and request for authorization, which was very unusual for an office to have a patient do. Nonetheless, I complied and have called my insurance at least five times now regarding the matter. My insurance has openly said this is an unusual case and called the office themselves requesting to submit prior authorization. It has gotten to the point where an involuntary grievance case was opened up given how many times I had to call for this issue. The front desk has blatantly been dishonest. They have said they will call me back to address the issue, but never did. They have told my insurance they will submit the prior authorization on two separate occasions, and also never did. I’m trying to be understanding here, but this does not seem like appropriate patient care and my lower extremity continues to hurt. I can’t help but wonder if I went to a different podiatrist and gotten a streamlined process of getting orthotics if I would be in less pain now.

Also, they are always closed for lunch, but it appears there are two front desk people. From a business standpoint, I imagine staggered lunches with avoid this issue of no one picking up the phone during lunch. Just food for thought.

I don't have a huge foot issue but had gone to urgent care, and they recommended Dr. Co. Very highly. I agree with recommendation. He is truly knowledgeable and what he proposed to help with my issue, has helped. He gave me insight why he thought it may be a couple items, and to see how a brace might help for a few weeks. So far, so good. He saw so many patients when I was in there. Albeit late getting to see me , he explained that he had been backed up. So appreciate him being professional and addressing my comment. What I really liked seeing is how much he loves doing what he does. I could tell by his attention and how happy he was doing his job. My prospective truly, but it is rare to see this nowadays. So I noticed it and loved seeing a Dr doing what they love.
